First, take your crayons, and cut them down to about 1 1/2 inches. Then, take your scissors and, the best way I can describe it is scoring the wrapper around the crayon. Be sure to score it at

1 1/4 inches. Also, be very careful when doing this!
Next, peel off the smaller part of the wrapper that you just scored. Now it should look like a real crayon. :)
